After 25 years of rescuing, fixing, and driving numerous beetles, buses, dune buggies and drag racers, Eman decided to take his passion to the next level and open a business dedicated to "real" Volkswagens (the air-cooled type).

Turtle Motors opened its doors in 2013 as a registered used car dealership that specializes in vintage Volkswagens. We buy, sell, trade air-cooled VWs.

We are located in southeast Oklahoma for a good reason: our backyard is Texas, Arkansas, Missouri and Kansas.  There is no better time than now to bring these old VWs back on the road.
